Production Time (U.S.A. and International)

All items are cheerfully made to order, so they will not ship immediately

It can take 1 to 7 business days to produce and ship – most take fewer than 5 business days except during holiday rush season NOTE: From November 15th through December 31st, production time may increase to 5 to 7+ business days. Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but, you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume during the holiday season. Thank you

 

Shipping Time (U.S.A. and International)

After production, your order then takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at a destination within the mainland USA

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, unincorporated territories of the United States and Canada can take additional 7 to 21 business days

Free shipping for greeting cards applies only to residents in the continental USA, HI, AK and PR

When shipping outside of the United States, you must prepare for any duties and/or taxes that your country will impose. These are your responsibility

Paying duty and/or taxes on imported goods. Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owed, based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds

 

Shipping Speed Delivery Averages (continental U.S.A.)
The following are close estimates from our own test orders. Holidays, weather, and other unforeseen events can slow delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Standard: 2-6 business days

Priority: 2-4 business days

Premium: 2-Day (Delivery Monday – Friday only)

Express: Overnight (Delivery Monday – Friday only)

 

Lost or Stolen Items

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
  • Reach out to your local post office or FedEx facility
  • Contact our team at studio(at)adinkyworld(dot)com and include your order number

We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 10 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume the responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for the particular package
